Some people have asked…. “How did you come up with the name?” Well, I prefer names that do not necessarily sound like names for #tattoostudios . I thought about it for around a year (with many different names on the list) I started to look at things in my live that were very impactful and important to me….. One of those things (that has been there my entire life) My #mother , and the other my #recovery (which came later in life) In recovery, we often speak about being in #activeaddiction and losing our “Social graces” only to regain them and that feeling of “being human” once we find recovery. I could relate. My mother, who has been with me through the good, bad, and the ugly…. Is named Grace. Which is what she continued to show me. This is where our name @socialgracestattoostudio came from. Today is the #birthday of the woman who inspired the name. Without her we would not be here… literally! Help us wish the happiest of birthdays to @graceshelpman ! - @hipsgts
